Once an order has left the Ashmi & Co. facility, it is in the care of USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and/or your local postal service. Ashmi & Co. is not liable for any mistakes made by these shipping services or for any deliveries that are lost or for stolen deliveries.

Note that if your order has a backordered item as part of a multiple item order, we will ship your complete total order once your backordered item(s) are ready to ship. You will also receive a notification via email about this.

Express Shipping

With US Express Shipping, your package will be with you in 1-3 business days after it ships when you order before 2 PM (EST). After 2 PM (EST), please add one business day. International Express Shipping will vary based on location.

Please note, not all items are eligible for Express Shipping. If some of your items are not available for Express Shipping, they will automatically be sent to you via Standard Shipping.

Express shipping is available to physical addresses. Sorry, we cannot ship Express to a PO box. Also, please note our warehouse is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends and holidays. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed on Monday.

I bought this for Valentine’s Day as their site shows knitted hearts. When it arrived I was disappointed to see that they weren’t hearts and just different size and shape knitted polka dots. Not like the pictures on their site.

Hi Yoana, we are SO sorry you thought the knitted dots on the Rumi Romper are heart-shaped, they were not described as hearts on our website, we are usually pretty descriptive of the details on each product. But we can see how you thought they were heart shaped from the pictures. Nonetheless, we hope that you still loved the romper.
