Although we hope you love your Ashmi & Co. purchase, there may be times when you need to return items to us.
For purchases made directly through Ashmi & Co., we operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you return your items within 30 days of receipt, in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all hangtags still attached in original packaging, we will refund back the amount you paid for the item(s) or offer you with store credit, whichever you prefer.
To process a return, simply follow the instructions below:
1. Simply enter your order number and email address to start your return.
2. Select the products you'd like to return and reason for your return.
3. Choose if you want to return your items back for STORE CREDIT or REFUND. For refund requests, a $7 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items. No handling fee is deducted for store credit requests.
4. For all returns, shipping back to us must be paid for by the customer for both store credit and refund requests. Please ensure that you have tracking details for your return so that you can keep track of when we receive your return in our warehouse. Ashmi & Co. will not be responsible for any returns that are lost by your shipping carriers.
5. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been received, inspected and processed. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of posting.
***Note: If you originally received free shipping with your order, we will deduct the cost of our shipping from your refund amount back to original form of payment.***
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to heavily discounted products.
- Returned items must be shipped back and received by us within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all hangtags still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
- If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, we will refund you in the form of Ashmi & Co. store credit for any future purchases on our site.
