RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love every Ashmi & Co. piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.


OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Choose your resolution:

  • Exchange for a different size or style — we'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return
  • Store credit with a 10% bonus on your return value — the smart choice if you're browsing for your next favorite
  • Refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return
  4. Choose your preferred resolution (exchange, store credit, or refund)
  5. Ship your return package to us using the carrier of your choice

We'll process your return within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.

EXCHANGES

Start an exchange through our Returns Portal — select the item you'd like to exchange, choose your new size or style, and we'll get the replacement on its way as soon as we receive your return. Not sure what size? Check our Size Guide.

Need a different size? We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure the size you need is still in stock.


GIFT RECIPIENTS

Received an Ashmi & Co. gift? You can exchange for a different size or style, or receive store credit to choose something new. Start through our Returns Portal with the order number from your gift receipt.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • ✦ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • ✦ eGift Cards
  • ✦ Gift Bags (once opened)

Final Sale items are eligible for store credit only — no refunds or exchanges.


RETAIL PARTNER PURCHASES

Items purchased through our authorized retail partners (including Nordstrom) must be returned directly to the retailer where they were purchased. We're unable to process returns for items not purchased on shopashmi.co.
