Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). During peak seasons (Black Friday through New Year's), processing may take 2-4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
We start packing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. If you need to cancel or edit your order, email us at hello@shopashmi.co right away and we'll do our best.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also visit our account page if you created an account at checkout, or email us at hello@shopashmi.co with your order number.
Shipping & Delivery
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Below $75, standard shipping is a flat $9. We ship via UPS and USPS. International rates are calculated at checkout — free international shipping on orders over $150.
After processing (1-3 business days), delivery times are:
- Standard US: 5-7 business days
- Expedited US: 2-3 business days
- International: 7-15 business days (varies by country)

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note: international customers may be responsible for duties and customs fees charged by their country. Free international standard shipping on orders over $150.
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. No pricing information is included in the shipment. Add our branded gift bag (+$10) for a beautiful presentation with sage green tissue paper and ribbon. You can also add a gift note at checkout.
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. We also send notifications when your package is out for delivery and when it's been delivered. We ship via UPS and USPS. Need it sooner? Expedited and next-day options are available at checkout through UPS. Check your spam folder if you don't see the tracking email.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. Choose an exchange, store credit (with a 10% bonus), or a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Visit our Returns Portal to start in a few clicks. Select the item(s) you'd like to return, choose your preferred resolution (exchange, store credit with a 10% bonus, or refund), and ship the item(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice. We'll process your return within 7–10 business days of receiving it.
Yes! Start an exchange through our Returns Portal — select the item you'd like to exchange, choose your new size or style, and we'll get the replacement on its way as soon as we receive your return. Not sure what size? Check our Size Guide.
Final Sale items are eligible for store credit only — no refunds or exchanges. eGift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Bags are non-returnable once opened.
Sizing & Fit
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements by age. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit that allows room to grow. We recommend choosing your baby's current size for a true-to-size fit, or sizing up one for extended wear.
If you know the baby's age, use these guidelines:
- Newborn-3 months: Size 0-3M
- 3-6 months: Size 3-6M
- 6-12 months: Size 6-12M
- 12-18 months: Size 12-18M
- 18-24 months: Size 18-24M
Tip: When in doubt, size up. Babies grow fast, and our pieces are designed to fit comfortably even a little big. Parents always appreciate having the next size ready.
Our collection covers newborn through 24 months. This includes rompers, sleepers, sweaters, dresses, sets, and accessories for every stage of that first chapter.
Our pieces run true to size with a slightly relaxed fit. They're not skin-tight or overly roomy. The fit is designed to look beautiful in photos while being comfortable enough for all-day wear, crawling, and napping. Many parents size up one for longer wear.
Materials & Care
Our pieces are made from 100% premium cotton that's soft, breathable, and gentle on delicate skin. Multiple customers have told us these are the softest clothes their baby owns, and several parents of babies with sensitive skin or eczema have noted how well their little ones tolerate the fabric.
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Wash with like colors
- Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry
- Do not bleach or iron directly on prints
Our cotton holds up beautifully wash after wash. Colors stay true and the shape holds, even after dozens of washes.
Very. Our premium cotton is chosen specifically for durability. Parents regularly tell us their Ashmi pieces look as good after months of wear as the day they arrived. Many customers pass them down to younger siblings or friends because they hold up so well. These are kept pieces, not disposable fast fashion.

Yes! Our eGift Cards are available from $50 to $1,000. They're delivered instantly by email, redeemable on anything in our store, and never expire. A great option when you're not sure of sizing or want to let parents choose.

Every piece is designed at our home office in Roswell, Georgia, and manufactured by trusted partners in the US and internationally. We work closely with our production partners, visit their facilities, and hold them to high standards for quality, sustainability, and fair labor practices.
You'll find similar-looking baby clothing everywhere online, and some of it looks almost identical in photos. The difference is in the fabric, the construction, and what happens after the first wash.
We source premium fabrics chosen specifically for softness, weight, and durability — knit at a heavier weight that holds its shape and color wash after wash. Several customers have told us they tried the cheaper versions first, and the fabric pilled, the seams unraveled, or the color faded after one wash.
