We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Ashmi & Co. only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours 9 AM - 5 PM ET and does not operate on public holidays.
During our product launch periods, we may take a few extra days to catch up on processing orders. Your patience is appreciated. Ashmi & Co. will email you to confirm the order and again at the time of shipment.
Once an order has left the Ashmi & Co. facility, it is in the care of USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and/or your local postal service. Ashmi & Co. is not liable for any mistakes made by these shipping services or for any deliveries that are lost or for stolen deliveries.
Note that if your order has a backordered item as part of a multiple item order, we will ship your complete total order once your backordered item(s) are ready to ship. You will also receive a notification via email about this.
Express Shipping
With US Express Shipping, your package will be with you in 1-3 business days after it ships when you order before 2 PM (EST). After 2 PM (EST), please add one business day. International Express Shipping will vary based on location.
Please note, not all items are eligible for Express Shipping. If some of your items are not available for Express Shipping, they will automatically be sent to you via Standard Shipping.
Express shipping is available to physical addresses. Sorry, we cannot ship Express to a PO box. Also, please note our warehouse is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends and holidays. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed on Monday.
