Ordering FAQsWhat is Ashmi & Co.’s order processing time?
Our normal order processing time is 1-3 business days before your package will leave our warehouse. Please keep in mind, our warehouse is open Monday through Friday and orders are only shipped on weekdays.
Orders will not begin processing until the following business day for the below dates as our warehouses will be closed:
- Labor Day
- Black Friday Weekend
- Christmas Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
Please note: Ashmi & Co. has extended processing time (2-4 business days) during our peak holiday season of Black Friday through New Year's Holiday
Can I change or edit my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order, including editing quantities ordered or adding a gift message.
If you would like to cancel your order and place a new one, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will see if this is possible.
What's the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply click on the link in the order confirmation email that was sent to you.
Shipping FAQsHow long will it take for me to get my order?
Our normal order processing time is 1-3 business days before your package will leave our warehouse.
Please keep in mind, our warehouse is open Monday through Friday and orders are only shipped on weekdays.
Once your order ships, it will take 3 to 10 business days for delivery in the 48 contiguous United States, based on how far you are from our warehouses in Roswell, GA. For Express Shipping, it will take 1-2 business days for delivery.
For international orders, delivery time varies based on your postal service. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, international standard orders are experiencing significant delays in delivery time. If your order is needed in less than 10-20 business days, we are advising our customers to use Express Shipping.
You may be responsible for duties & customs. Ashmi & Co. cannot provide customers with these cost and you should consult with your country's customs office.

Where are Ashmi & Co. orders shipped from and how are they shipped?
All orders ship from Roswell, GA. In order to keep shipping cost low for our customers, we primarily leverage USPS for domestic shipping. For international shipping we use USPS for standard shipping and DHL for express.What happens if at least one of the items I ordered is on backorder?
Note that if your order has a backordered item as part of a multiple item order, we will ship your complete total order once your backordered item(s) are ready to ship. You will also receive a notification via email about this.
How can I track my order? Where is my tracking number sent?
Orders are shipped via USPS and DHL. You are able to track your order from your shipping notification sent to you via email. For standard shipping international orders, you can also use the tracking number provided to track via your domestic postal service for additional details.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Ashmi & Co. warehouses only operate Monday-Friday and do not ship on the weekends. You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder) with tracking from the carrier used to ship your product.
Can I be sent a notification when my package is delivered?
We send a notification when your package is on the way, out for delivery, AND when it has been delivered.
What is Ashmi & Co.'s Return Policy?
Although we hope you love your Ashmi & Co. purchase, there may be times when you need to return items to us.
For purchases made directly through Ashmi & Co., we operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you return your items within 30 days of receipt, in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all hangtags still attached in original packaging, we will refund back the amount you paid for the item(s) less our shipping cost if you received "free shipping" on your original order or offer you with store credit for the full amount, whichever you prefer.

An item I want is on backorder, when does it come back in stock?
Most of our items have back in stock dates when browsing! You can sign up to be notified when the item is back. If an item you're looking for doesn't have a date, email us at email@example.com and we can give you a better estimate of when it comes back! Please note: These are not exact dates as items can be delayed in transit or during production. We will do our best to give you all the information we have.
Where are Ashmi & Co. items made?
All of our products are developed and designed locally at our home office in Roswell, Georgia. They are then manufactured by our trusted partners both in the United States and worldwide. We work hard with our partners to provide quality jobs for many people all over the world and ensure that our products are made with high standards, sustainability, and compassion. We have a very close relationship with our vendors and visit their facilities along with inviting them to visit our home office.
